Exchange with Ease

We understand that selecting the perfect size for a bangle or fit for a necklace can sometimes be tricky — especially online. That's why Kannika Bangles offers a size exchange within 7 days of delivery for eligible items, subject to availability and the conditions outlined below.

What Can Be Exchanged

We offer exchanges only for size-related issues. The following items may be eligible for exchange:

  • Bangles — for a different size (e.g., 2.4 to 2.6)
  • Necklace chains — for a different length (subject to stock)
  • Adjustable jewellery — where sizing is technically feasible

We recommend measuring your wrist/hand carefully before ordering. Our team can guide you — just WhatsApp us before placing your order!

What Cannot Be Exchanged

The following are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances:

  • Exchanges for a different design, colour, or style
  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered
  • Customised or personalised pieces (e.g., engraved items)
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Exchange requests made after 7 days of delivery
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items where the size requested was provided at the time of order

How to Request an Exchange

Follow these simple steps to initiate a size exchange:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. WhatsApp us at +91 98447 58450 or email Srikannikabangles@gmail.com.

Share your order number, item name, current size, and the required size. Also attach clear photos showing the item in its original, unworn condition.

Our team will confirm availability of the requested size within 2 business days.

If approved, ship the item back to us at your cost in its original packaging. Once received and inspected, we'll despatch the exchanged size. Delivery of the new item is free of charge.

Exchange Conditions

For an exchange to be approved, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item must be in original, unused, and unworn condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and pouches must be intact
  • No signs of damage, scratches, or alteration
  • Exchange request submitted within 7 days of delivery confirmation

Kannika Bangles reserves the right to reject an exchange request if the item does not meet the above conditions upon inspection.
